This interaction can sometimes lead to difficult situations where tensions, confrontations and even conflicts result in inefficiency, a poor working environment, poor task performance and underperformance.

Our team building courses are designed to create groups that work more efficiently and productively through collaboration, interaction and flexibility.

Our clients
Middle managers and / or employees who need to enhance interaction and cooperation with others in their daily work.

A teambuilding course can vary from 2 to 5 days and includes discussions, dialogues, exercises, group work, reflection and contemplation.

Each session is adapted to each purpose and depends on the case of development of individuals and the development of organizational units.

Courses are conducted Greenlandic, Danish and English.
